Welcome to Courier Station. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Courier Station provides a technology platform to manage courier shipments, track orders, and handle Non-Delivery Reports (NDR). We act as an aggregator between you and various courier partners.

2. User Account and Wallet

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• The Wallet is a prepaid balance used for shipping charges.
• Recharges are non-refundable unless specified otherwise by management.
• Minimum recharge amount is ₹100.

3. Data Protection (DPDP Act Compliance)

• You agree to provide accurate and updated personal data.
• You represent that you have the right to provide the "Receiver's" information (name, address, mobile) for the purpose of shipping.
• We will process this data only for fulfillment purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

4. Shipping and NDR

• Courier Station is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners.
• In case of NDR (Undelivered orders), you must provide instructions (Re-attempt or RTO) within the specified timeframe.
• Failure to provide instructions may result in automatic RTO (Return to Origin).

5. Prohibited Items

You agree not to ship illegal, hazardous, or prohibited items as defined by the Government of India and courier partner policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

Courier Station shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the app or services provided by courier partners.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect fraudulent activity, non-payment, or violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City, e.g., Ahmedabad/Delhi].
